The domaine is relatively young, having been founded by Olivier Collin in 2003 only, with the acquisition of the first hectares of vineyards. His Champagne is the result of a combination of modern techniques and old traditions.
Ulysse Collin ‘Les Maillons’ Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut displays notes of lemon, lime and strawberry, with some hints of brioche as well. We think it’s ideal to accompany seafood and fish, sushi or soft cheese, to celebrate, or to steal the light at a smart dinner party, or simply to get some high class refreshment in a hot summer’s day.

We don’t require a minimum order. Whether our customers wish to purchase a single bottle for a gift, or just to taste it themselves for the first time, we believe wine is a very personal journey and so all our wines are available for single bottles purchase as well as in larger quantities.

All the orders placed before 3pm are delivered the very next working day. We use different courier partners in order to be able to pick the safest option for the bottles to be transported. Our service covers deliveries to the United Kingdom only and it is free of charge for any order above £200.
