Veuve Fourny & Fils Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Brut is a champagne made entirely from Chardonnay by the house Veuve Fourny & Fils, a fifth generation’s winery located in the heart of the region. Sparkling wines from this house highlight the Premier Cru terroir they come from and display a neat style, full of elegance and freshness.
The house has a non-interventionist approach when it comes to vinification, allowing the champagnes to develop as they will. Brothers Charles-Henry and Emmanuel – who took over the family business in 1993 – do not use fining methods and the wines are unfiltered. Veuve Fourny & Fils Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Brut ages for 2.5 years before release.

At 12%, it’s quite light in terms of alcohol and suitable to accompany food such as soft cheese, for example during an aperitif, or with chicken during a relaxed dinner party.
